1. Weekly Wednesday Children’s Mindfulness Classes

After completing the Raising Emotionally Intelligent Children course, your child is welcome to attend the weekly Mindful Minis classes that run term to term. These classes are for children only, no adults! Children from Grade R – Grade 5 are welcome.

The cost of the classes is R720 per child per term (8 classes), payable for the term upfront.

Please note that space is limited.

The classes are held every Wednesday afternoon from 4:15pm – 5pm.

Term 2: 8th Apr – 27th May

Term 3: 15th Jul – 2nd Sep

Term 4: 7th Oct – 25th Nov


2. Raising Emotionally Intelligent Children (8-week Course)

Self-awareness is a critical skill that helps children (and adults) understand their own emotions. This is something that is not often taught in a school setting, yet it is a vital life skill. All too often children (and adults) react impulsively in uncomfortable and difficult situations because they have a limited understanding of the overwhelming feelings they are experiencing.

In this 8-week course, the focus is on growing your child’s self-awareness skills, by using a variety of mindfulness tools, in order to help your child better understand how they are feeling at any given moment.

This course is aimed at children from Grade R to Grade 5.

Each child attending must be accompanied by one parent.

Your child does not need any previous experience in mindfulness to attend the course, but it is helpful if the parent attending has some understanding of what mindfulness is about.

The course investment is R1600, payable in full upfront.

Space is limited so please be sure to book well in advance.

7th Oct – 25th Nov: Wednesdays 3pm to 4pm
