“Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience. It isn’t more complicated than that. It is opening to or receiving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is, without either clinging to it or rejecting it.” – Sylvia Boorstein

I was part of the First training both foundation and advanced. It completely exceeded my expectations. I am a Montessori Teacher and I wanted to use the tools, activities, lesson plans and mindful community as a way of growing my Mindful sessions to offer to others, not only in a classroom setting, but to build mindful workshops and guide individuals. The notes where comprehensive and beautifully collated, Bianca is a fabulous facilitator. We had moments of fun and moments of introspection a great balance. I’ve been guiding and facilitating Mindful classes and workshops now for over a year and am extremely grateful for the wisdom and knowledge imparted at these training’s and continual updates and sharing from other Mindful participants.

I thoroughly enjoyed both the foundation and advanced training – what an amazing course! The knowledge and tools you learn are extremely useful and practical, not only for facilitating mindfulness classes but also for your own daily practice and self-development! The information and notes are wonderfully laid-out, easy to use and very comprehensive. The training weekends are fun, creative and extremely informative. The assignments are enjoyable and very practical – I felt completely prepared and at ease when I had to run my own class for the last assignment! Thank you Bianca, you’re a wonderful facilitator/trainer! I am excited to start facilitating my own workshops!

What an absolute amazing experience. More than just walking away with a good understanding of practicing mindfulness with children, the course also had a wonderful impact on my own mindfulness practice. It was so well organized and Bianca is brilliant in the way she presents the material. Meeting and spending time with like-minded people and sharing experiences were just one of the many highlights. This has been one of the most practical, meaningful and fun trainings I have ever attended.
