“Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience. It isn’t more complicated than that. It is opening to or receiving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is, without either clinging to it or rejecting it.” – Sylvia Boorstein

I had done a lot of reading up on how to use mindfulness in a classroom setting, but nothing quiet compares to the actual hands on guidance that you get by doing a course. . I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to be a part of both the foundation and advanced training. Bianca has a wealth of knowledge and I am eternally grateful to her. If you are looking for a course that shows you best practice of techniques, tools and resources this one is for you. Under Bianca’s guidance you will leave the course wanting to share your new gained insight with all that you encounter. In my opinion mindfulness should be a life tool that everyone is taught. Thank you Bianca for helping to shape a new future for me.

I was lead to the Mindful Mini’s training in search of new tools to attain the gifts of mothering and nurturing the next generation of human beings. The steady, conscious and indeed mindful perspective one needs to uncover these gifts are often at war with the pace and insistinces of our cuŕrent world. Put plainly, always getting somewhere on time requires a sort of violence of spirit that feels irrational to those too young to comprehend the 24 hour clock and its 60 minutes.

The course responded directly to the need.

On one level it is a mindful pause in your own life allowing you the time to recalibrate and experience the transformation of a structured mindfulness programme.

On another, it is a very organised and thoroughly prepared for presentation of ways to share these skills with others.

I could not recommend it highly enough

I completed both the foundation and advanced training with Bianca and had the best time. I learnt so much and have since used the training in the classroom as a teacher, at home with my son, as an extra curricular activity in schools and for my own everyday daily practice.
Bianca is a wonderful and passionate teacher and shares her knowledge with you in a really fun, hands on way. I highly recommend the courses.

I have completed both the Foundation and Advanced Mindful Training and it was a beautiful and insightful experience. Bianca is a truly inspiring and knowledgeable facilitator who presents the content with passion and deep understanding. This training has brought a sense of deep value to me in my everyday life and in my children’s yoga teachings and mindful workshops. The teachings over the course of the training are presented in a practical manner which gives one the opportunity to connect with their inner child while tapping into a world of creativity on many different levels. One leaves with a sense of knowing, confidence and wisdom to continue this beautiful work which is a gift we can give to our children of today!

I had such fun doing the foundation and advanced training with Bianca. She is a knowledgeable teacher, who presented the material in a user friendly way. She is very enthusiastic about mindfulness work, and loves sharing ideas and practical tips. She engaged everyone, and we all felt at ease during the training. It was very useful to do the exercises ourselves, and the assignments were practical. I recommend this training to anyone interested in bringing mindful approaches to children. It opened a new creative world for me, and for the children I work with. The sky is the limit!

What an absolute amazing experience. More than just walking away with a good understanding of practicing mindfulness with children, the course also had a wonderful impact on my own mindfulness practice. It was so well organized and Bianca is brilliant in the way she presents the material. Meeting and spending time with like-minded people and sharing experiences were just one of the many highlights. This has been one of the most practical, meaningful and fun trainings I have ever attended.

I was part of the First training both foundation and advanced. It completely exceeded my expectations. I am a Montessori Teacher and I wanted to use the tools, activities, lesson plans and mindful community as a way of growing my Mindful sessions to offer to others, not only in a classroom setting, but to build mindful workshops and guide individuals. The notes where comprehensive and beautifully collated, Bianca is a fabulous facilitator. We had moments of fun and moments of introspection a great balance. I’ve been guiding and facilitating Mindful classes and workshops now for over a year and am extremely grateful for the wisdom and knowledge imparted at these training’s and continual updates and sharing from other Mindful participants.
