Mindful Minis Founder

Mindfulness has been a part of my life for many years. After having my own children, I was inspired to create a space where children can learn and practice the art of mindfulness. In 2015, that dream became a reality and Mindful Minis was born. Through mindfulness, I hope to help children find that place within where calm and contentment are found.
