The theme for today’s class was the rain and how despite the rain being uncomfortable (sometimes) and leaving us feeling sad (sometimes), it is vital as a water source for us, animals and plants.
Uncomfortable feelings are like the rain… they are uncomfortable and can sometimes leave us feeling a little sad. But they are vital. Each one has it’s gift to share with us. Each one that we feel makes us human.
And so we continued talking about the rain and it’s likeness with uncomfortable feelings.
And then we picked up “rain drops“ with our toes! Great fun.
