This was the theme for our Mindful Minis class this past week.
A bridge is something that connects two different places, often over a scary and possibly dangerous landscape. Does your child know how to use their breath to connect their anxious / scared / overwhelmed / angry self to their calm self, while moving carefully over the scary landscape (possibly like the one we find ourselves in now with covid)?
