A guided visualisation that invites you relax and let go by using the beach and the ocean as a focus.
Walking along a beach can be a rich sensory experience: noticing the feel of the sand on your bare feet; breathing in the salty air; listening to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. By using our senses, we can ground ourselves in the present moment.
This visualisation was inspired by a participant, Louisa Maritz, who joined the first ever Mindful Minis Adult Training course that I led.
