On Wednesday, we continued with the current online series “When everything changes, I stay calm.” The lesson focused on BALANCE. Specifically, how to find a new balance in our lives when everything is different. This lesson included some physical balancing yoga poses to better explain the concept to the children. Often finding balance in a physical sense can help one to feel grounded and balanced emotionally. The children responded well to the activity and it was good to see them moving their bodies and getting some exercise, despite everyone being in lockdown during this Covid-19 pandemic.
